What’s your cancellation policy?

A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total balance is due to secure your rentals. If you cancel within 30 days of the event date you will be issued a 50% refund. Anything less than a 30 day notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Do you offer setup and teardown?

At this time we are not offering any assistance with staging, setup, or teardown.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes we offer delivery! Click here to see our policy and pricing.

Can I see the products in person?

Absolutely! Fill out our contact form or shoot us an email to set up a time to see our inventory in person.

Is there a minimum rental rate?

Yes, we require a $100 minimum.

Do we need to wash the dishes before returning them?

Nope! Just be sure to return the rentals within 2 days of the event and we’ll take it from there!
